The Annual Career and Technical Education (CTE) Statewide Summer Program, July 20 – 23, 2026 is managed by KACTE. Updates on CTE Summer Program plans and information will be posted as they are developed and released.
The CTE Meeting Place
The CTE Meeting Place is the networking forum for the Kentucky Career and Technical Education (CTE) Summer Program, July 20-23, 2026, at the Galt House Hotel and Suites, Louisville, Kentucky. The CTE Meeting Place is the cite of registration; lunches, refreshment breaks and continental breakfasts; and exhibits. Opening Session attendees flow through The CTE Meeting Place. The CTE Meeting Place will be a hub of interaction among teachers, exhibitors, administrators, sponsors, partner organizations, educational institutions, business and industry, economic developers, and government officials.
All have a place at The CTE Meeting Place.
Call for Presentations
Presentation proposals are requested to further sustain programmatic, classroom and student achievement through professional leadership, postsecondary readiness, new technology, career pathways, best practices, enhanced life skills or successful partnerships. The 2026 Summer Program Planning Committee seeks to highlight and share proven examples of CTE’s impact on students, schools and communities, as well as innovations, technology applications and curriculum.

Summer Program Stipend
The Kentucky Association for Career and Technical Education (KACTE) is offering full time middle school teachers of career and technical education attending the Annual CTE Summer Program an opportunity to receive a $500 stipend to cover full conference registration fees and additional expenses. Fifteen stipends will be awarded.
